   The suspension springs for railway wagons (bogie suspension springs) are manufactured according to UIC standard. Our suspension springs fit in freight and passenger coaches and locomotive bogies.

    

   Our particular speciality is the production of springs for Y25 bogie and its upgrades Y25 bogie and its analogues are widely used in Europe. We manufacture suspension springs for other types of railway bogies as well. Railway suspension springs are manufactured as per customer's drawings/requirements and UIC. We manufacture also other springs used by the railways.

2. Cold-coiled springs: wire diameter 0.2-15 mm. We produce all types of cold coiled springs: compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, prismatic springs, zigzag springs, armour-type springs, springs for lip-type seals. We were the only cold spring producer in Bulgaria till 1990. As a reputable spring maker we guarantee excellent quality and 100% control of the spring characteristics. Stampings & complicated pressings from strip and wire.

3. Springs for guns (pistols, submachine guns and machine guns): We manufacture all types of springs for guns: multi-wire, prismatic, magazine springs, blade gun springs. Our gun springs (for pistols, rifles, submachine guns, machine guns, cannons) are made according to the highest military standards. We produce 95%of the gun springs used in Bulgaria. As a famous springs manufacturer we produce large quantity of gun springs for export.
