Cold coiled springs

We produce all types of cold coiled springs: compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, prismatic springs, zigzag springs, armour-type springs, springs for lip-type seals, etc.

Wire diameter: 0.2 mm – 15 mm.

Materials: Steel wires, stainless steel wires, oil-tempered wires (by EN, DIN and GOST); Phosphor bronze wires (CuSn), etc.

Coatings: Acc. to client's request (including oiling, zinc coating, oxidation, polyester powder coating, phosphate varnish coating, etc)

Compression Springs are coiled helical springs that resist a compressive force applied axially. Compression Springs may be cylindrical, conical, tapered, concave or convex in shape. The changing of spring ends, direction of the helix, material and finish allows a compression spring to meet a wide variety of special industrial needs. Extension Springs are wound with initial tension which holds the coils together and offers resistance to a pulling force. Extension Springs can have many different styles of hooked and looped ends. Torsion Springs are made to offer resistance to applied torque. When deflected, they will reduce in coil diameter and extend in overall length. They are used in a variety of applications where torque is needed.
