 The suspension springs for railway wagons (bogie suspension springs) are manufactured according to UIC standard. Our suspension springs fit in freight and passenger coaches and locomotive bogies. Our particular speciality is the production of springs for Y25 bogie and its upgrades Y25 bogie and its analogues are widely used in Europe. We manufacture suspension springs for other types of railway bogies as well. Railway suspension springs are manufactured as per customer's drawings/requirements and UIC. We manufacture also other springs used by the railways. Our springs are also used in earthmovers (graders, excavators, tractors) & in the automobile industry as suspension springs for cars/trucks/trailers.  We are the only manufacturer of suspension (hot coiled; hot wound) springs in Bulgaria! Our factory is equipped with a complete line for heating, coiling, quenching and annealing of hot coiled springs (helical and conical). The induction heating makes production very flexible and even small orders can be executed. Thereafter the following treatment is applied to the hot wound springs, according to the requirements of the drawings: setting length to solid operation, grinding of the end coil, shot peening, magnetic inspection, corrosion-proof-coating. Hot coiled (hot-wound springs) are wound while material is red hot as the name suggests. Hot coiled spring production requires complicated technology and specialized appliances. We posses a complete and modern stock of machinery for production of precision hot-coiled springs, and the technology and engineering applied here assures that these products meet the requirements of the international standards.We are a dedicated manufacturer of superior hot wound springs.
